Relax at Qatar Airways Premium Terminal in Doha

Qatar Airways is not just an airline company with good rates, it is also a model to follow in term of hosting and luxury for First Class passengers. The flagship to its strategy is the Qatar Airways Premium Terminal, a terminal dedicated to First and Business Class opened in 2006 and highlighting all the company luxury expertise ; it hosts two separated lounges, in this article I am going to review the First Class one.

First, when you arrive in Doha flying Qatar Airways in First Class, you are greeted on the tarmac by a personal driver ; a BMW serie 7 limousine brought us to the Premium Terminal. Then, on hostess took care of us and accompanied to the First Class lounge located at the upper floor – the lower floor is devoted to duty free – where a lounge receptionist explained us all facilities. We had to wait for 6 hours, so we started enjoying a complimentary a-la-carte dinner, then we watched some movies in a private room and finally we relaxed at the gentlemen’s Spa, where a sauna and heated pool are available. If you break the bank for a First Class ticket, I highly recommend to take advantage of all facilities booking a Doha connection flight with at least 4 hours in-between.
